2019 OutWrite Chapbook Competition Announced

Neon Hemlock’s first publications will be the winners of the OutWrite 2019 Chapbook Competition. The competition runs from April 1 to May 25 2019.

Winners will be announced in July.

Copies of the winning chapbooks will be for sale at OutWrite 2019.
